Schoen Park

This tiny park can be easily missed, just look for it right on the roadside. It also borders a marsh and the bay with a jogging and dog run. Partial fencing encircles one picnic table, a swing set with four toddler full-bucket swings and two older, a climbing gym over sand with one long metal slide colorfully painted, and a toucan coil-rocker.

Drinking Water

Fountain.

Parking

Limited neighborhood parking.

Other

Plenty of shade.

  1. The location they have listed for this park is incorrect, which is probably why you were not able to locate it. It is just down the street from Pickleweed Park. It’s right where Spinnaker Point Drive turns into Canal Street, next to the Community Center. If you look on the map provided above, you will find the park location about 1.75″ below the map marker, and a little to the left.

  2. I would love to be able to find this park as it would be my closest park, spent an entire afternoon looking for it in the marshy area , drove down Sea Way didn’t see any paths, then Bay Way where we did follow a path down to the waterfront and meander our way along the water, but never found any hint of a park. When asking around in Bay court which backs onto the marsh no one knew of the park and this were people who had lived there 20 yrs and had families. So I would love, love more specific information on how to find this park
